to support the IT infrastructure of our schools. In a modern, dynamic environment accompany our schools (12 Primary schools, 6 secondary schools, 1 funding school) in the provision of reliable technology, intelligent learning environments and efficient IT processes. Your duties

• 1st level support for all urban schools to support National staff
• setup, updates and resetting of iPads and other mobile Devices incl. documentation
• operation and controlling of a help desk system, processing and Priority of incoming tickets
• Advising schools in the procurement and equipment of hardware and Network technology
• bug testing and support in hardware and software problems school environment
• Mobile Device Management Administration and Maintenance (interactive) Tables, iPads, MacBooks)
• Create support for schools when using Microsoft 365 (e.g. answering questions about the user interface of the schools) and Participation in the further administration in cooperation with the School IT managers and external service providers.
• Development and maintenance of a knowledge base for end users and technicians
• Allg. IT warehouse management of hardware and software (licence management) and Inventory, warranty and repair processing

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist for system integration (IHK) or a practical experience of at least three years School support area
• Self-employed, structured, responsible and project-oriented Procedure
• Communication and documentation strength and ability, even with IT affinities users to work together
• Practical experience in 1st-level support and handling of ticket systems
• Knowledge in computer technology, network technology and in Mobile Device Management
• Good knowledge in handling different operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Basic knowledge of IT security, data protection and business management
