The comprehensive legal advice of our association and its member banks is at the heart of your activity. Your focus is on banking and capital market law. In addition, you take over the legal support of projects of the association and its member banks and support solution-oriented implementation of legal and regulatory requirements. You represent legal issues sovereignly and with fun in seminars and training events and convince by an understandable and practical knowledge transfer. In addition, you actively contribute your legal expertise to work groups and bodies and work confidently with different disciplines. Full-jurist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), with predicate exams Ideally multi-year professional experience in the banking, financial services or association environment Funded knowledge in banking and capital market law (ideally proven by a corresponding specialist course) and knowledge in general civil and contractual law Additional knowledge in labour law as well as in industrial law, in particular in trademark, competition and copyright, are advantageous Analytical and solution-oriented operation and a high degree of client orientation Very good communication and team skills, presentation skills and safe occurrence Willingness to change and openness for Legal Tech
