Takeover of the overall project responsibility: You carry out exciting and demanding construction projects from project assignment to turnkey handover. You manage projects safely and reliably for success and coordinate the award of after-contracting services. Architectural services: You are the trusted contact person for our clients and accompany them throughout the entire project with sound expertise and personal commitment. At the same time, you will always keep all participants up to date and make progress with the builders. Leadership of the project team: You coordinate a dedicated and dynamic team from different disciplines and ensure that all work together on the project goals. Through your clear and authentic communication you contribute significantly to a successful cooperation and a successful project development. Economic and technical responsibility: You take over the overall responsibility for your project and pass this qualitatively and economically at the highest level and on time to the customer.

You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification in civil engineering. You bring professional experience, ideally in the construction or project management of turnkey real estate projects, preferably with independently managed projects. You have well-founded knowledge in the fields of VOB, scheduling, cost control, design and construction. The safe handling of MS Office as well as tendering and scheduling programs is of course for you. You communicate openly and motivatingly and formulate your goals clearly and understandably. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level). You stand confidently against business partners, colleagues and other project participants and convince with authenticity and competence.
