The German Pension Insurance Federation provides stable and efficient IT applications as well as IT infrastructure for the operation of the IT systems for fulfilling its statutory mandate. The department with around 160 employees is a central service provider for the specialist departments and rehabilitation centres of the DRV Bund. The tasks are divided into various competences such as procurement, contract management and accounting. The awarding agency provides centrally delivery, service and construction services for the DRV Bund (if necessary also for other pension insurance institutions). In addition, the contracting authority will support, support and advise the demand points strategically and operatively. Planning and implementation of procurement procedures under national and EU law Creation of procurement and contract documents in cooperation with departments Accompanying negotiations with tenderers and carrying out bidder colloquia Advising the specialist departments in procurement matters Processing of tender questions and preparation of opinions

They have a successfully completed higher education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor or comparable) or an equivalent qualification (Fachwirt*in) with multi-year detectable current professional experience in the implementation of award procedures Alternatively, you have a successfully completed commercial, technical, administrative or office-oriented vocational training with many years of detectable current professional experience in the implementation of procurement procedures as well as accessible experience in the award of innovative or highly specialized services (such as: IT services, construction projects, research projects) Experiences in Europe-wide procurement procedures, in particular in procedures with competition for participation, are of advantage Communication skills and negotiation skills, a structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working as well as a safe handling of the German language in word and writing complete your profile
