Our communications team is now looking for backup at the Kirchheim site near Munich with the possibility of regular home office.

As Marketing Communications Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns – from the first idea to success control. Not only do you care for consistent brand communication across all channels, but you also increase our visibility in specialist media and trade fairs. Strategic campaign development: You take care of the planning and (further) development of ad campaigns in line with the topics and objectives of the Communications (COM) group Media booking: In close coordination with the PR/press managers, you select ad packages and book them. Stakeholder Management: You work closely with internal departments as well as external partners such as publishers and creative agencies. Trade fair appearances: You are responsible for the planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation of all communication measures relating to our main trade fair appearances. You will also develop and design our trade fair presentations together with the trade fair and event team. Action plan: Conception and coordination of attentive trade fairs to present our products and solutions Brand appearance: You develop and establish consistent core messages and secure a uniform and high-quality brand image across all communication channels. Sponsoring: The independent annual planning, budget management and management and strategic further development of our sponsoring activities also fall under your responsibility. Employee actions: You plan employer branding measures and events (e.g. B2Run or Stadtradeln) and carry them through. Event support: You support management at corporate events (e.g. summer festival, merchandising actions). Give-Aways & Mailings: You are responsible for the selection of advertising materials as well as the design and implementation of our New Year and Christmas mailings. Budget responsibility: You manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with financial requirements. Market analysis: You conduct market and competition analyses to identify new trends and opportunities. Content & Corporate Design Support: You support the creation of content for our website, social media & other channels and participate in corporate design topics.

Successfully completed training as a merchant for marketing communication or a comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a communication team in the B2B environment and the support of various communication channels, likes to experience in the agency environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Embossed communication and presentation skills Creative thinking combined with an analytical approach and interest in latest communication trends and developments High self-motivation and result orientation Team spirit, flexibility and joy in a dynamic environment Excellent German knowledge in word and writing and very good English knowledge Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
