Some kids don't need a new place. You need a person to stay. For an exceptionally original, loving and traumatized 8-year-old boy, we are looking for an inherent specialist who is willing to rethink relationships and truly assume responsibility. The boy is currently living in one of our group. The size of the group, school experiences, numerous already experienced relationships and repeated transitions have shaped its biography. These experiences are not a deficit, but the context of its clear, challenging and very honest relationship offers. His kind of relationship does not always correspond to social norms, fixed rules or common ideas of what is considered “good” or “appropriate”. At the same time, it is emotionally fully present, shows the entire range of feelings and always remains responsive to the relationship level. Another change of facility does not come into question for us. This would be contrary to our systemic attitude and not to the boy. We are convinced that it must – and it can – go differently.

Compensation is carried out according to the collective agreement of the Joint Collective Agreement. We provide your personal well-being with suitable living conditions: We rent a house with garden or alternatively an apartment in which you have clearly defined, own premises. To ensure a sustainable balance between work and recovery, you have two weekends a month. During this time, a support member reliably takes over the services. For your educational work, we will provide you with a service car, a service handy and all necessary tools. Thus we create the framework conditions for professional, qualified and reflected educational action. .
