Your tasks: Regional tasks: Special responsibility for 12 METRO markets in North Rhine-Westphalia with predominant activity directly on site (90 % travel activity). Quality standards: Examination of the implementation of quality standards and quality measures in market operation, planning and carrying out internal quality checks in the markets, testing and evaluation of quality-related processes and evaluation of the measures initiated in the event of deviations. Process optimisation: expert support in the further development of processes for internal quality standards and the HACCP system in market operation. Audits: Accompanying external audits in major markets such as IFS, MSC/ASC, Bio, GQB, as well as the expert assessment of the results, including evaluation of the necessary measures for deviations. Communication: Support in the processing of administrative complaints as well as customer complaints and contact persons for colleagues and departments.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of food technology, ecotrophology or comparable specialist training related to topics such as quality assurance, food production, etc. Professional experience: knowledge in the fields of hygiene, HACCP and other quality standards, professional experience in operational quality assurance or quality management would be advantageous and additional quality and certification standards would be desirable. IT: Good, general IT user knowledge, especially in the MS Office package. Language: German language skills (C2) and good English skills. Personality: willingness to use and a high service orientation, good communicative skills, presentation skills and a binding appearance.

Please note that the exercise of this activity requires a very high readiness to travel. A company car is available for this purpose, which you can also use privately (including a tank card). A valid driver's license (car) is essential for this.
