Your tasks: Regional tasks: Special responsibility for 12 METRO markets in North Rhine-Westphalia with predominant activity directly on site (90 % travel activity). Quality standards: Examination of the implementation of quality standards and quality measures in market operation, planning and carrying out internal quality checks in the markets, testing and evaluation of quality-related processes and evaluation of the measures initiated in the event of deviations. Process optimisation: expert support in the further development of processes for internal quality standards and the HACCP system in market operation. Audits: Accompanying external audits in major markets such as IFS, MSC/ASC, Bio, GQB, as well as the expert assessment of the results, including evaluation of the necessary measures for deviations.
