You participate in the implementation of national and international tax due diligence projects (buy- and sell-side) and the tax-optimized structuring of business acquisitions or divestments. You accompany our customers with (in-group) restructuring (e.g. joint ventures, mergers, carve-outs). You support tax advice related to business purchase contracts (e.g. commenting on tax clauses). Together with us, you advise the complete range of BDO customers. From globally active corporations, private equity houses, hidden champions to young and emerging growth companies from a wide range of industries and countries. In constant exchange with your team, you will acquire new knowledge and increase your professional skills in various tax issues.

You have successfully completed your studies in economic or legal sciences (if necessary with a tax focus) or as a graduate financial institution (w/m/d) or are close to it. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience (e.g. through internships, student work or first work) in tax consulting. You work independently and independently, are team-oriented, think analytic and are responsible. You like challenges and are willing to learn new things and manage complex tasks to advance yourself and your team. You bring good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
