Modular Solutions is an integral part of the Exentec business model. Due to the shift of traditional construction site-based activities in controlled manufacturing environments, Exentec improves safety, quality and time security while reducing risks at the construction site. The modules are planned, manufactured and tested outside the construction site, enabling faster installation and better predictable project results. The Lead Bid Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for the entire end-to-end offer process in the division Modular Solutions / Modulbau. The role carries overall responsibility for the commercial, technical and operational quality of offers and ensures that competitive, regulatory and implementable solutions are created. In addition, if necessary, the position plays an active role in costing, especially in complex or high-volume projects. Total responsibility for the supply process from request qualification to contract award and project transfer Development of profit strategies, pricing strategies and determination of commercial risk position in close coordination with sales, operations, engineering and senior management Establishment and control of structured supply processes including timetables, responsibilities and internal releases according to company guidelines and management of kick-off meetings and reviews Creation, validation and critical testing of detailed cost calculations for modular systems (engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, logistics, installation, commissioning and overhead costs, surcharges, provisions and risk assessments) Coordination of interfaces between engineering, purchasing, production, logistics and construction site to ensure that offers are technically correct, feasible and implementable within the framework of the requirements Leading production of the offer documents including commercial offers, clarifications, compliance matrix and professional offer documents according to customer requirements

Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. construction calculator / technician) with well-founded project practice Multiannual practical experience in the calculation of construction or plant construction projects, ideally in the modular environment Founded construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction processes, interface management and the practical feasibility of projects Expert knowledge in cost and offer calculation incl. Risk assessment, follow-up management and commercial understanding Detectable ability to control complex supply processes holistically and to act safely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on commercial and technical excellence
