Installation, operation and monitoring of the systems in the SMD production, consisting of stencil printers, equipping machines, reflow soldering furnaces and optical inspection systems (3D-AOI) Roughing and preparation of SMD component feeders and SMD template printers Optical control of assemblies after the printing, fitting and soldering process incl. Fixed errors Avoidance of stoppages of the system due to fault elimination Compliance with test and work instructions and IPC guidelines

Experience in SMD production, especially in the area of automatic PCB assembly. Preference is given to knowledge with Yamaha iPulse slot machines. Experience in quality assessment of SMD paste printing as well as fitting and soldering quality Experience in evaluating AOI test results Basic knowledge of electrical (SMD) components Fast understanding and strong, technical understanding Willingness to work on two shifts Good (technical) German and English skills Good vision Optional: knowledge of manual repair of SMD soldering points (SMD rework)
