Your tasks

• settlement of correspondence to enquiries/changes/storns concerning contracts
• Processing of telephone and written customer requests for car insurance
• Documentation and, if necessary, forwarding of inquiries
• Making decisions within the framework of existing powers

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable knowledge
• Ideal experience in the automotive sector
• In dealing with the MS-Office programs
• High customer and service orientation
