You conduct and develop the work preparation so that all construction projects are optimally prepared and ensure optimal construction time, construction phase and construction workflow planning. Through a precise time and capacity planning, you can arrange for smooth operations on the construction sites. Processes You continuously optimize and actively contribute your knowledge in the Lean Construction area. With the project management and calculation, you work closely together to optimally coordinate projects and responsible for costing the construction site equipment. You continuously improve construction site processes and contribute to quality assurance. You are welcome for the further development and integration of BIM in the project. In addition, you control the cooperation of all locations of work preparation.

A completed study in civil engineering or a similar subject with a focus on construction or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your experience. You bring multi-year professional experience in work preparation, ideally in construction. Leadership experience is already present with you and you are delighted to develop your team. Lean Construction is familiar to you or you are willing to work on the subject.
