In this versatile position, you are responsible for the social pedagogical assistance of patients with suspicion of long COVID and participation deficits, collecting and documenting social and participation-oriented data. They take part in the PEDNET-LC training program, support the implementation of the telemedicine network and cooperate closely with internal structures such as the Clinic and Polyclinic for Children's and Youth Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Department of Nursing and Polyclinic for Children's Medicine, the Clinical School and Social Service. In addition, you actively contribute to the development and development of multi-professional supply networks in the federal state by recruiting additional LC points and creating a map of all relevant points of contact. They work closely with regional structures of the social-pedagogical care landscape as well as schools and training centres, document your activities for scientific support and evaluation and coordinate cooperation in the social-medical field with other centres. In addition, you support the establishment of a national research network at the Dresden site, contribute to monthly project reporting and actively participate in regular meetings.
