BIM Manager/ BIM Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

BIM- Manager/ BIM- Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) Your duties BIM management and project coordination: You develop and maintain BIM development plans and support the project teams in implementing the BIM strategy as well as the digital planning of construction site equipment and logistics. Check and evaluate models: you check models (collection checks), coordinate and implement the BIM resolution plan and the individual project requirements for BIM. Interface management: You act as a central contact for BIM topics and coordinate cooperation between planning management, specialist planners, entrepreneurs and other project participants. Quality assurance: You monitor compliance with BIM standards, perform quality control and support the continuous improvement of model quality. Model approval and documentation: You control the testing, release and modification process of BIM models and ensure a comprehensible documentation of all relevant work steps. Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture or have a comparable qualification. Found experience in the field of BIM modelling, as well as experience in the construction of data centers or similar technology-loaded special properties (Mission Critical Facilities). Digital Skills: You have a good technical understanding and are safe and very routined with the following programs: Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks Manager, Novapoint, Dynaroad, Trimble Connect, 3D Reshaper, Autodesk ReCap, MS Office products and relevant document management systems. Language skills: You can safely master the German and English language for professional communication. Personal Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, an independent, solution-oriented and proactive way of working, as well as a high level of willingness to use are yours.
