In your new role, your focus is on the current version of the z/OS on the IBM Mainframe – one of the fastest computer systems You are responsible for the technical application of release contents to central test environments including associated database structure changes For equipping the central test environments and other development environments with consistent test data in DB2 z/OS In addition, you can see which further automations these processes can be optimized and implement them together in the team (Automic, Jenkins,...) You develop and use internally developed database management tools on the IBM Mainframe (based on REXX, COBOL, CLIST, PL/1)

You think analytically, trade pragmatically and work out a variety of topics structuredly without losing an overview You are motivated to develop yourself personally and professionally and share your knowledge with others to grow together We instead of me - you put value on working in the team, discussing each other, helping each other to have fun and also thinking beyond their own area You have already gained enough experience with the software development process and now want to step deeper into the world of test environment management Relational databases can be challenged with your optimized SQLs when it comes to larger amounts of data, especially under DB2 z/OS Ideally, you are familiar with procedural programming or script languages and would like to work in COBOL, REXX and PL/1
