Engineering Manager_in Energy Market Access (w/m/d) Our software, data and analysis platforms enable us to process energy data in real time, create forecasts and drive automation in energy trading and plant operation. As Engineering Manager_in Energy Market Access, you take over the operational management and strategic development of your cross-functional team and contribute to further developing next power plants' digital market access. You run a team of software engineers, product owners and data experts, promote their continuous development and motivate you through your communication strength. You are responsible for the further development of the systems that allow automated access to European energy markets. You shape architecture, interfaces and integration processes with internal and external market platforms. You work closely with colleagues from Trading, Scheduling and IT Security. You promote an agile, responsible, inclusive and collaborative team culture. You create a technical basis for efficient and secure market transactions.

You have completed your studies in computer science, energy, engineering or bring comparable knowledge in these topics. You have already gained experience in managing teams and agile development environments. You bring several years of experience in software development or technical product responsibility. You have knowledge of energy-economic market processes and digital trading platforms. You give impulses to develop innovative ideas and support your team in implementation You are characterized by communication strength and distinct interface competence. You communicate in English and German in word and writing.
