IT Asset Manager*in

IT procurement & asset lifecycle management: You are responsible for the entire procurement process from demand analysis to hardware research, product evaluation and order to inventory and manage the entire asset lifecycle. Suppliers & contract management: You are the central interface to our hardware suppliers. You agree delivery dates, process goods receipts and coordinate warranty, repair and insurance cases with external service providers and manufacturers. Warehouse management & inventory: You manage our IT hardware store, monitor stocks and carry out annual inventory counts. You shall ensure that stock withdrawals are documented correctly and misuses are avoided. Database & System Care: You maintain master data in SAP and Matrix42 and carry out bookings during material movements. Process optimization & workflow development: You analyze existing service processes, identify optimization potentials and visualize processes. You work closely with the Matrix42 team to automate repetitive activities through Matrix42 workflows and continuously increase process efficiency. Coordination & customer communication: You coordinate hardware deliveries with the Servicedesk team and are direct contact persons for internal customers in hardware requests via Matrix42.

Completed commercial or IT training, e.g. as an IT businessman (m/w/d), specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification through multiannual professional experience Multiannual professional experience in IT Asset Management, IT procurement or IT purchasing Funded knowledge in SAP, in particular in the field of materials management and procurement (MM module) Very good knowledge in Matrix42 or the willingness to acquire them quickly Experience in dealing with client hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets) and peripherals as well as a good technical understanding Strong process-oriented thinking and interest in digitalization and automation Ability to visualize and document processes Structured, conceptual and analytical thinking Embossed solution competence, independent work and communication skills Very good German knowledge
