You monitor the functionality of our core software Bitmarck_21c|ng and Add-Ons taking into account data protection, IT security and legal requirements. You check the operational readiness of the systems, control the processing steps according to priority and react in the event of disturbances or production interruptions. You identify vulnerabilities and independently develop solutions or alternatives according to defined specifications. You carry out batch processing for professional processes of the IKK classic, monitor them and coordinate the secure data exchange with external health partners. You analyze business processes, identify optimization potentials and support the continuous improvement of our IT-based processes. You prepare data, key figures and results professionally, evaluate them and provide them to the team management for decision support. You work with projects to implement strategic requirements and support the documentation and knowledge transfer within the team.

You have completed training in the IT field or a comparable completed training with additional qualification in the IT field and relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility. You control information and data processing according to IT standards (e.g. ITIL) and apply them safely in operation and support. You work routined with standard software (Office, IKK applications, analysis and reporting tools) and reliably control data processing processes. You recognize process weaknesses, evaluate digital solutions and actively support the optimization of business processes. You research, structure and evaluate information from internal and external sources and prepare them professionally for decisions. You act loyally and trustfully in the team and perform professionally with internal and external contacts. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
