Manager (m/w/d)

You go actively to our customers: You are inspired by your consulting, empathic and sovereign style for our diverse range. You recognize the individual needs of your customers: you will find the right products – whether in the showroom or online shop – to successfully complete sales. With your positive performance, you will accompany the complete sales process, including the online order, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. You support store management in administrative and commercial operations. Together with your team, you are committed to achieving our service and sales goals – and ideally to exceed them.

You have a commercial training (e.g. in retail) or a comparable qualification that underlines your entrepreneurial thinking. You love to actively engage in people, advise them and make your conversations a success. You burn for sale and customer contact; Home & Living experience is a welcome plus. You work independently, aim-oriented and are at the same time a dedicated team player. You have knowledge of the German language that is safe from negotiation; good knowledge of English is advantageous.
