Your way leads you to the strategic building purchase! There you take responsibility for construction services, in particular in the product groups of expanded raw construction/steel concrete construction and structural steel and wood construction. In doing so, you conduct negotiations confidently and with the right feeling – from the first conversation to the successful conclusion of the contract. You advise our specialist departments on purchasing questions and provide the optimal selection of suppliers and products. In addition, you analyze product groups, identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency improvements. Last but not least, you complete framework agreements and plead them – so you make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our procurement process.

Complete technical studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification as well as business know-how Professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the procurement of construction services or the costing of construction performance Comprehensive knowledge in the relevant regulations for the tendering of construction projects (VOB, HOAI, SektVO) and in general purchasing law Versified handling with Excel and AVA, especially i-two, ideally also with SAP-MM Safe and proactive appearance as well as communication strength, in demanding negotiations with suppliers and in consulting specialist areas
