Responsibility for employees and appreciation of the team with regular employee talks Operational resource planning and coordination of logistical processes Responsibility, creation and compliance with Directives, Standards, Instructions and Work Protection Rules Evaluation of KPIs (MES) and appropriate introduction of improvement measures Coordination and implementation of quality controls in receipt of goods Take active role in the continuous improvement process including Project management and cooperation in projects If necessary, work in the day-to-day business on the fork or pliers forklift in case of goods acceptance, internal transport and storage

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in logistics and personnel management Knowledge of quality and lean management Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP WM Joy of teamwork and the further development of employees Impressed communication skills and problem-solving competence Organizational institution, initiative and enforcement strength Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in handling forklift trucks and tong trucks of advantage
