Successfully completed studies in commercial, technical, scientific or comparable fields Multiannual professional experience in customer service, customer relations, commercial management, program management or a comparable function Experience in a manufacturing company or contract manufacturing environment Ideally knowledge within regulated industries, such as the pharmaceutical, medical or life science industry Embossed customer orientation combined with high negotiation reliability and economic understanding Found experience in contract management as well as in the leadership of demanding negotiations Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP Analytical and process-oriented working methods and a strong understanding of complex business processes Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees High-communication personality with sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels German and English knowledge in word and writing Enforcement, decision-making and high self-responsibility
