Various tasks They coordinate the organizational project management office (PMO) and keep an overview of the project portfolio. Here you will take on a controlling and advisory role for project sharing and implementation. They introduce a structured process for decision-making and standardize methods and processes in project management. They support the respective project leaders through methods expertise, know-how, templates, standards and austerity and monitor and manage the organizational project portfolio. You will have a look at the project-related skills and capacities on the technical and IT side. By building a reporting, you create the necessary transparency in the project and work closely with demand management. The further development of the project management is in your area. Convincing profile Education: You have completed university studies or a comparable qualification. Knowledge: You have deep knowledge of classic and agile project management methods, tools and roles. Experiences: You have experience in introducing and developing a company-wide PMO strategy and establishing governance structures. You also have experience in project portfolio and multi-project management. Operation: You have a reflected and systematic approach to analyze Lessons Learned from completed projects in a structured manner and to use them sustainably for future projects. A structured and forward-looking procedure is of course for you. In addition, you have a strong presentation and abstraction capability to guide project-related bodies and to present information to the recipient. Personality: They have above-average communication and team capacity to act as a savings partner and impulse provider for project managers and line management and to work with internal demand management in a trusted manner. Enforcement and conflictability are important to you to request compliance with defined governance requirements and standards. About the area The renewable energies form the foundation of the energy transition. With the process management for the network connection requests of our network customers, we want to further develop the network connection process even more efficiently and more customer-friendly.
