ID: REF925S Do you want to complete a dual study of human resources management and this in a sensory, varied area? Then you are right with us! For our personnel department at the Idstein site, we are looking for a dual student personnel management (m/w/d) for the summer semester 2027. With us, you will get to know the legal foundations of human resources and assist in the targeted extraction of employees.

You work with the team on labour and collective bargaining issues. You support (international) recruiting and personal marketing. You're raising key figures, and you're raising them. You bring in your ideas and develop the staff area together with us.

You successfully completed the (special) abitur. You bring enthusiasm for work with people and for human resources management. Creativity, communication and team skills characterize you. You are able to organize yourself well, work independently and structured.

We help you find a suitable university. You decide whether you want to conduct your studies in presence or online. The practice time includes 20 hours/week. You are used and supported in practice in such a way that theory and practice are well matched and you gain a diverse overview of all tasks in human resources management. You will receive an appropriate fee (650 € gross) and we will take over the tuition fees. With the Vitos Card you get a mobility grant of €30 per month (tax and social insurance free).
