Your tasks: Coordinating and accompanying: They are responsible for the maintenance, modernization and reconstruction projects of our own-used properties – from planning to completion Developing technical concepts: they revise solutions in cooperation with planners, experts and other partners. Negotiation and control: You conduct contract negotiations with general contractors, specialist planners and subcontractors Efficient implementation: You coordinate and control internal and external project participants Budget control: You create, check and track building budgets. Construction site control and warranty tracking: They monitor the design and ensure the quality even after completion Optional: You use your knowledge in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)

They have a degree of technical or university degree (e.g. architecture, civil engineering) or a comparable technical training related to the real estate industry Ideally, you will have first practical experience in the areas of planning, construction management, project management or project management. Good knowledge of HOAI and VOB A/B/C are advantageous They work independently and structured and are characterized by a high level of readiness to use They are characterized by a high team capacity, communication strength and negotiation skills You have joy in dealing with people and a quick understanding
