Full time | Unlimited | Stuttgart As a representative (m/w/d) of the client, LBBW Immobilien Management Gewerbe GmbH is looking for a dedicated TGA specialist (m/w/d) for its sophisticated urban development concept Schlossgartenquartier in Stuttgart city centre.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Assessment of the concepts and plans created by the expert planners, taking into account technical, economic and sustainable criteria Technical examination and assessment of TGA plans and expert opinions of external partners and deriving qualified recommendations for internal decision-making processes Quality assurance of external technical planning across all HOAI performance phases Participation in technical coordination with authorities, engineering and architects, construction companies and product manufacturers – from planning to implementation Consultation on technical construction descriptions, material selection and execution variants with a focus on quality, sustainability and efficiency in the field of TGA

Completed academic studies in the field of TGA supply and electrical engineering, ideally with cutting-point competence between the two trade unions Knowledge of building automation and integrated planning Proof of many years of experience in the technical planning and project management of industrial and residential projects in the TGA Safe knowledge of the relevant building law and the standards of DIN, VDI and VDE in the field of TGA Organisational skills, commitment and targeted work Safe, well maintained and binding occurrence and communication skills for cooperation with internal and external project partners
