Our departments: The Department of Real Estate Management Finance and Regional Liabilities (IMO02) of the Cologne branch is a team of different disciplines, responsible for around 160,000 m2, consisting of colleagues in architecture, electrical engineering, supply engineering, mechanical engineering, business management and facility management. Like the rest of the BLB NRW, our team also attaches great importance to open communication and good collegiality. The Department of Property Management Interior Ministry and Special Property (IMO03) of the Cologne branch is for approx. 145,000 m2 of leased space is responsible for and is responsible for police operations (e.g. police office Cologne and Bonn), the district government and the state operations for measuring and calibration.
