Developer - Integration/application of eDrive, high-voltage electrical system and charging systems in a coach, Mannheim or Neu-Ulm location - limited for 24 months (m/f/d)

As part of the so-called Agilen Team (AT) 1/2 you drive the integration and application of eDrive, high-voltage and charging systems in our eCoach Responsible for the definition of functionalities, fulfillment of legal requirements, documentation, verification, 3D processing, homologation etc. – in use in the Next Gen Coach Complete vehicle requirements/tasks in the form of coordinated user stories, so you can describe the necessary development steps and design tasks. Monitoring and control of all described tasks, you drive the development and design yourself Coordination of product/team interests at product management level and responsibility for conceptual and technical integration into the product features (common functional systems including their components and functions) Consolidation and communication of customer requirements into the agile team. As a scrum master, you will get into the Agile team and maintain the workability of the agile team and communication in the development process.

Complete university studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or art related study, experience (type and duration) Multiannual experience in electrical and electronics development or software development, experience in the handling of documentation and series release for software volumes and control units. Experience in the application of agile development methods Experience and know-how for processes, tools, legal regulations for the development of electrical, electronic, mechatronic components, functions and systems for motor vehicles and their degree of maturity protection. Personal characteristics include: analytical thinking, contact and conflictability, team capacity, sense of responsibility, safe occurrence and enforcement. Strong communication capability and high degree of independence. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
