Senior Consultant Personnel Development & Talent Management - Achern (m/f/d)

Design the future of personnel development at Securiton. In this newly created key position, you develop our personnel development strategically. You design innovative concepts for employee, talent and executive development, set new impulses and create sustainable structures for a modern learning and development culture. You develop our personnel development strategically and shape a future-oriented learning and development culture. You design innovative concepts for employee, talent and executive development and accompany their successful introduction. You advise and accompany our executives as a competent Sparring partner in all questions of personnel development. You identify development needs and derive targeted development measures and programmes. You take over the technical management of projects within the personnel development and control them independently. You design and moderate workshops and development formats for different target groups. You evaluate existing human resource development instruments, attract new trends and digital technologies, and provide impulses for the continuous development of our personnel development.

You have a successfully completed study, ideally with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, pedagogy or a comparable subject. You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience in strategic personnel development, talent management or learning & development. You have experience in the development and implementation of modern personnel development instruments as well as in the advice of managers. You think strategically, act pragmatically and bring topics successfully into implementation with their own initiative. You have experience in managing projects and understand how to combine different interests. You are inspiring for modern learning formats, digital technologies and innovative approaches in personnel development. You bring travel readiness for regular appointments at our Germany-wide locations. With us you do not have an existing role – you actively shape the future of personnel development.
