Employee Order Management & Wine Projects (m/f/d)

You take over independent order processing in German and English You are the permanent contact point in the office for customers and internal inquiries You support seasonal projects and campaigns as well as fair preparation and follow-up You maintain article, supplier and master data in the ERP system and create evaluations and reports You have an overview of stocks and storage disposition and agree with customer care and international wineries

You have completed commercial training and have been able to gain professional experience in the sales service or in commercial material processing You are safe in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can quickly work into an ERP system You have good English skills in word and writing You work structured, independent and careful; have a strong communication skills and are team-ready You are looking forward to a responsible position in a small, well-established team, want to work in a company with passion for wine in the long term and appreciate international exchange
