You process and process incoming orders on time – in close coordination with sales, warehouses, raw materials, PPS and warehouse finished goods You dispose of the required cargo space You coordinate appropriate shipping and shipping opportunities and actively agree with forwarding You create all required freight, ABD and customs papers You process shipping and forwarding complaints, returns and forwarding invoices and create corresponding credits You support the team in diverse administrative tasks in the logistics center

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally, you will have several years of experience in comparable activities and knowledge of customs and hazardous goods across all modes of transport. You work safely with SAP and the common MS Office programs You convince with a quick understanding and a reliable and independent way of working Good knowledge of German and English, organizational talent and sense of responsibility complete your profile
