Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Immenstadt im Allgäu As part of our team, you will take over both the project management for construction projects (turnkey construction, civil engineering and external installations) and the construction management of the measures and the structuring of planning processes. They act as a specialist contact person for the production and conversion of media trays and crane systems to be suspended (steel construction). You will also develop refurbishment concepts for buildings/infrastructures, outdoor facilities and plan refurbishment measures. In addition, you will create lists of services as well as offers of construction works and documenier these documents. As a project manager, you are also the specialist contact person for external and internal fire protection requirements for new, re- and extension buildings or for user changes and their implementation. The installation, adaptation and implementation of the fire protection concept as well as the external procurement and management of external planning services (e.g. factory planning, fire protection, statics) are also part of your task. Here you can also carry out Jour-Fixe as well as local decreases. Last but not least, keep working safety, create risk assessments, carry out on-site checks and work in in interdisciplinary teams at the site.

Education: completed studies (Diplom/Master) of civil engineering or training as a civil engineering technician: with many years of professional experience and extensive relevant training experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in the above-described area of responsibility; Leadership experiences in project management and construction management incl. protocols and scheduling; safe application of relevant regulations and guidelines (in particular BayBO, HOAI, VOB, fire protection, statics); SAP knowledge and secure office software application Personality and working: your positive and motivating way makes it easy to communicate with other people Languages: very good German and good English in word and writing
