We are looking for our Operations Management department at Stabilus SE at our main location in Koblenz Expert Global Operational Excellence for our Operations Management division As an Expert Global Operational Excellence, you are part of our central Operational Excellence Organization (SOPEX) and work across the site to further develop and implement our global improvement approach. In this role you combine methodological work with practical implementation: You develop lean methods and training content, accompany their introduction to our works and support international teams in improving initiatives along the value chain. You work closely with local SOPEX managers, executives and specialist departments and help anchor Lean principles in the everyday working environment.

Planning, design and implementation of global improvement projects or defined subprojects in the strategic and operational environment Further development of Lean methods, standards as well as associated workshop and training content and support their introduction in the works Moderation of Lean, KAIZEN and Improvement Workshops with different target groups and implementation of suitable communication and qualification formats Professional qualification of SOPEX experts as trainer and workshop moderators Coaching and consulting of factory managers and international teams in Lean Principles, Shopfloor Management and continuous improvement Following the sustainability of implemented measures on the basis of relevant key figures and identifying potential for improvement along the value chain Organization and moderation of cross-site best practice exchanges and benchmarking across works and functions Identification and support of improvement programs to increase the efficiency of all processes along the value chain

Successfully completed economic or technical studies, e.g. business management, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual well-founded experience in Lean Management, Shopfloor Management, Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Analysis/design and continuous improvement in an industrial environment Very good methodological, analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Impressed communication and moderation strength as well as the ability to accompany different target groups in a manner that is addressable Experience in the international environment, high intercultural competence and reliable English Secure handling of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, as well as readiness to change, enforcement, high self-initiative and readiness for international travel
