The focus is on the design, implementation and moderation of training, workshops and group formats for different target groups - from employees, executives and HR managers. In addition, you accompany clients in personal reconstruction projects both in individual consulting and in group formats. You work both locally and virtually. Implementation and moderation of workshops / trainings with topics such as communication, leadership in change situations, separation talks, commitment workshops and within personnel reconstruction projects. Creation and further development of (virtual) training and workshop formats and target group-oriented documents in close coordination with internal stakeholders. Use of diverse moderation and training techniques as well as digital tools to ensure and actively control interactivity – especially in virtual space, to ensure the learning goals. Advising clients during professional change processes (transformation units) and within the framework of mobilization projects (e.g. reception and perspective talks). Further development of consulting and training concepts in the context of transformation and mobilization. Participation in pitch and supply situations. Order clarification and derivation of learning goals with customers. Documentation, follow-up and feedback management for continuous optimization. Partial responsibility and support in external and internal projects.

You have a completed academic training, a certified trainer training, and you bring several years of professional experience in the training, or consulting environment. You have experience in virtual collaboration and feel very comfortable in digital learning and collaboration environments. You have labour market and trend knowledge, know relevant accesses and recruiting processes. You also have knowledge in the field of change/organisational development and, if necessary, diagnostics. The use of AI in training and consulting processes is familiar to you. You are characterized by a structured, independent and target-group-oriented way of working, empathy, appreciation with clear communication and service orientation. You are versed in the use of digital tools. We require a secure handling of Microsoft Office 365. You bring willingness to regular national journeys. Very good English skills complete your profile.
