Procurement Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Ensuring a quality-oriented, cost- and timely central procurement disposition for all Mewa sites and companies. Planning and control of sufficient lead times for production while ensuring timely deliveries to end customers. Monitoring and documentation of all processes in procurement logistics in compliance with MEWA quality standards. Analysis and optimization of MRP and procurement processes with regard to cost reduction and efficient capital retention. Cooperation and coordination with internal departments, companies and external partners to ensure smooth processes. Consultation and support of the management of procurement logistics in organisational, strategic and operational issues. Communication and coordination with suppliers, designers and logistics managers for rapid and solution-oriented response to market and demand fluctuations.

Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial businessman or with a comparable focus in the field of logistics/SCM. Funded understanding of disposition and procurement processes as well as business relationships. Analytical skills to evaluate trends, fluctuations and key figures in the procurement environment. High affinity for processes and figures with the aim of identifying cost potentials and implementing optimizations. Communication strength and enforcement capability in exchange with internal interfaces as well as external partners and suppliers. Structured and self-responsible operation, even in complex requirements and short-term changes. Embossed team and interface competence as well as the ability to work solution-oriented across domain boundaries.
