For our front and back office, we are now looking for a dedicated organizational institution at the Bamberg site and would be happy to welcome you to us in part-time (20 hours a week, split by agreement)! The body shall first be limited to one year.

Your tasks

  • With an efficient office organization, you contribute to the smooth running of the office and understand yourself as a host:
  • You are responsible for travel management – from planning to booking to billing
  • You coordinate, plan and prepare events such as our annual summer festival or our Christmas celebration
  • You are responsible for operational safety and the care of the site
  • You support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees:inside as well as in fleet management
