Who are we?

We are the RDE – a subsidiary of the Bayernwerk, based in Veitshöchheim. Our approximately 100 employees are part of the energy transition by putting their energies into commercial services for energy supply companies as well as electricity and gas system operators.

And why are we doing this?

With commitment, we implement the commercial processes that keep the energy world running in the background. From accounting to financial accounting to renewable energies, the use of artificial intelligence, smart metering, etc. – we care that everything is and remains in the river.

Since we are on a growth course together with the energy sector and our customer base, we are now looking for the (energy-charged) reinforcement of our team.

Strategic positioning of our market presence: design and realise marketing and sales projects that will advance us in the long term. Customer management at a high level: Etabliere a stringent care concept for new and existing customers and care for recognizable standards. Market and competition analysis: dimming trends and competitors to derive data-based measures – facts instead of abdomen. Team development with Impact: Forme and lead a powerful marketing and sales team that is really moving. Close coordination with all areas of expertise: ensure that our commercial processes interfere smoothly. Representation & Networking: Present us on industry events and establish valuable contacts in the German energy industry

You have a degree in economics (BWL, Marketing) or do you have comparable qualifications? The processes and challenges of the German energy industry are familiar to you in detail and you have at least three years of experience in marketing & sales?
