For these tasks we are looking for you at the Hanover or Munich stand Manager (m/w/d) As Manager (m/w/d) Transformation and Organisation, you are responsible for the development of Enterprise Services as an efficient and efficient organizational unit.

You set frames, define basic rules and achieve measurable results through clear communication and targeted impulses. As an opponent for all internal and external stakeholders to the SAFe organization, you actively promote the agile transformation. Through your impulses for self-responsive action in the agile teams, you are ambassador (m/w/d) for the ideas of agile workings. You are analysing organisational obstacles and unlocking them independently. You actively support the strategic development and attractiveness of the area, including in the context of cooperations.

You bring a completed study of computer science, humanities or engineering/natural sciences and a great interest in agile work and change management. In changing, agile IT organizations you have already been able to apply your knowledge in a responsible position. You have already worked in different roles in SAFe – Lean and Kanban are not foreign words for you Certifications in SAFe and project management are advantageous. Finding knowledge of organizational development, analytical and conceptual problem-solving competence and good coordination skills complete your profile.
