Creating construction time, construction phase and construction schedules Development of construction site design plans and logistics concepts Support of costing during the offer phase Monitoring of construction sites during execution Planning and control of complex large-scale construction sites Development of building sequence simulations, partly using 4D and BIM, supported by the multitude of experts the Group and through the most modern software solutions process optimization by using LEAN Construction

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable degree Experience from structural engineering (basic understanding for carrying behavior) of advantage Professional experience required in the supervision of construction sites in the context of work preparation Fun and interest in new technologies related to digitalization (BIM.5D/LEAN Construction) Good knowledge in MS Office as well as in appointment and CAD programs Secure appearance, team skills and a quick understanding round off your profile
