Trainer and examiner for train drivers (m/f/d)

You are a driver and want to pass on your experience and expertise? From now on we are looking for you as an instructor and tester for drivers at our location in Duisburg. A responsible and varied task awaits you, in which you actively support the professional development of our drivers.

You carry out theoretical and practical training and further training, accompany our driver on their technical path and carry out tests according to the applicable statutory and operational requirements. You are actively contributing to the quality, safety and continuous further development of our railway company.

Your tasks

Implementation of theoretical and practical training for drivers in accordance with the applicable training and training plans Planning, preparation and implementation of training as well as placement of technical and operational content Assessment of the ability of the participants to examine the physical and psychological conditions on the day of examination Monitoring of auditors and proper implementation and documentation of audits Preparation of audit certificates and implementation of feedback talks after completion of the audit Participation in the development and further development of training and examination documents as well as the training and training concepts Participation in the prolongation of the operational control system and the associated specification documents

Complete training as a railway operator in the Lokführer and Transport Service (EiB L/T) or successfully completed training, qualification/retraining as a driving driver (class B2 required) At least 5 years of professional experience as driver Detection of health and psychological fitness according to TfV Valid driving license after TfV Certification as instructors and testers for drivers or willingness to acquire them Very good knowledge of statutory, operational and safety-relevant regulations relevant to the operating personnel Existing qualification as an OBL or willingness to complete the OBL course Knowledge of the series 186, 188, 193 is desirable Existing ETCS identifiers are advantageous Car driver's license A qualification according to AEVO or a comparable training qualification is desirable readiness to travel throughout the federal territory as well as close to borders High sense of quality and responsibility as well as an independent and conscientious way of working Presentation of a current police report
