Studied law with the conclusion of the second state examination for lawyers Very good knowledge of civil and civil process law as well as commercial and corporate law Professional experience in an economic law firm, preferably a corporate law department Knowledge of sales law, antitrust law or international contract law Economic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking German and English skills
