Contract Manager (m|w|d) / Commercial Contract Manager (m|f|d) Job ID 77371 | Location Crailsheim | Mobile work possible Your duties In your role, you are responsible for the preparation and negotiation of project-specific delivery contracts (German & English) in close cooperation with the sales and the legal department. You examine, comment and negotiate project-related specifications. The self-responsible commercial tender processing with the examination of tendering, requesting and ordering conditions and the preparation of commercial comments is also part of your activities. You act as a commercial contact for our customers and sales engineers. In addition, you are responsible for the commercial project support with the examination of contract conditions, pricing, risk assessment and budget tracking. You coordinate legal, tax, financing and insurance issues with the respective specialist departments of the Voith Group. The implementation of business management tasks, such as risk management, completes your task profile.

Your profile You have a successfully completed law degree e.g. as an economic lawyer. Professional experience in contract management and in the commercial supply and order processing are advantageous. In dealing with the current MS Office modules and SAP you are routined. We presuppose English and German language skills in word and writing; French knowledge is also advantageous. Personally, you are convinced by your negotiation skills, your independent and flexible working methods, a safe occurrence and your strong team skills.
