As part of the “Karlsruhe Nano Micro Facility KNMFi” you are working on the production of micro and nanostructures produced with an electron beam recorder. Your area of responsibility includes: Coating, developing and etching substrates Optical testing of samples using microscopy Working in the storage and disposal of chemicals All process steps take place in the clean room.
