Your tasks:

• Support in operational personnel work over the entire employee-life cycle (creation of work contracts, certificates and statistics, maintenance of personnel master files and files)
• Support for applicant management, including the creation of job profiles, implementation of interviews and contract negotiations
• Participation in monthly pay billing and management of movement data in the time economy
• Planning and organisation of training measures for employees
• Contact person for employee fitness (e.g. insurance, occupational medicine, JobRad)
• Co-design and co-operation in HR projects and continuous improvement and further development of HR processes

Your profile:

• completed commercial training with further training to the employee/man or a comparable qualification
• Finding knowledge in DATEV
• Multiannual experience in operational staff support
• Very good knowledge of the right to work and business
• Enthusiasm for the development and implementation of new concepts and ideas
• High level of responsibility, autonomy and reliability
• Embossed communication, moderation capabilities and social competence
