• With your organizational skills, you support the sales team in all administrative, sales and operational matters and actively contribute to the success of the sales region.
• In your position, you are the first person to attend events at our office, coordinate the room bookings and ensure the hospitality of the guests.
• You keep an overview and take over the coordination and ordering of consumables for the offices.
• As an organizational client, you start and follow offers, process orders and provide reliable data in our CRM system - you are in regular exchange with customers, suppliers and the sales team.
• You work hand in hand with and for our field service: Telephonic demand determination and appointment agreement are part of your Daily Doing.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete commercial or technical vocational training
• Ideally professional experience in the area of sales assistance, as well as a passion for the distribution of software solutions and services
• Organizational ability and good MS-Office knowledge
• Self-employed and targeted work
• Personally, we especially like your communication and team skills.
