Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the assembly team as well as targeted promotion and individual development of employees Strategic deployment planning of personnel to ensure productivity, quality, costs and time and delivery reliability Active design, further development and sustainable establishment of efficient assembly processes Initiation and control of continuous improvements in assembly workstations, assembly lines and production processes Ensuring smooth processes through close and solution-oriented cooperation with upstream and downstream areas Monitoring relevant key figures and deriving and implementing appropriate measures to achieve targets

Complete technical training, preferably for industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanic, mechatronic, etc., at best with further training for master/technician Multiannual professional experience in assembly or other production areas Experience and knowledge of personnel responsibility/management desirable Good MS Office/SAP knowledge Very good and pronounced organizational/communication and team capacity as well as enforcement strength Empathy and the ability to shape and implement change processes together with employees
