Discipline leadership and continuous development of the team Construction Responsibility for employee deployment planning and budget planning in close cooperation with department management Optimization of construction processes in the field of precast concrete parts with regard to efficiency and cost-effectiveness Communication with involved planning units, internal production and assembly Professional and personal development of team members

Complete technical studies or comparable technical training (e.g. to the technician) Multiannual experience in leadership and development of teams You bring relevant experience in project management and ideally experience in design with High communication capability, enforcement capability and a solution-oriented operation Good knowledge of English is advantageous
