(Senior) IT Manager (m/f/d)

As a senior IT manager, you take full responsibility for our IT organization, from SaaS governance and hardware management to process automation and internal tools. You build on a solid foundation, improve what already exists, and create the structures that we need to scale. A role in which you can really shape. SaaS & Tool Governance: You take responsibility for our entire SaaS portfolio, from license management and access control to the evaluation of new tools and ensuring complete documentation and governance

AI & Process Automation: You identify and implement AI-based solutions to automate internal processes and increase productivity at casavi. You support employees in the evaluation and effective use of AI tools and establish clear guidelines for their safe and responsible handling

Hardware & Contract Management: You manage and optimierst hardware contracts, maintain contract terms in sight and provide cost-effective lifecycle management for Mac and Windows devices with Hexnode and NinjaOne

IT support (1st/2nd level): You will take care of hardware procurement, device equipment, lifecycle management and internal tickets, and provide quick and reliable support for all employees

On- & Offboarding Redesign: You analyze our existing on- and off-boarding processes, identify vulnerabilities and build a scalable, well documented process, including the automation of identity and access management (IAM)

IT Research & Innovation: You are proactively developing new tools, technologies and AI-based solutions that improve internal productivity and efficiency

Security Foundations: You use security standards (MFA, Least Privilege, VPN) and contribute to the curing of our IT environment

IT infrastructure: You manage the office IT infrastructure (WLAN, meeting rooms, printers) and secure network access for hybrid and remote work

Found practical experience in the IT organization, system administration or workplace IT, ideally in a scale-up or SaaS company

Safe handling of MDM and RMM tools (ideally Hexnode and NinjaOne) as well as experience in managing a diverse hardware environment with macOS and Windows

Deep understanding of SaaS-Governance, IAM and Access Management, including practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira and Confluence. Ideally, you have already built up such structures from scratch

A process-oriented way of thinking: You not only solve problems, you develop systems that prevent their emergence

Proactive, structured and self-organized, able to manage several IT projects simultaneously

Solid understanding of IT security principles, including SaaS audits, MFA and Least Principle implementation, and network and VPN management

Flowing German and English skills (C1+) as you will support employees in both languages

Practical experience in evaluating and implementing AI tools to improve internal workflows and productivity
