Patent paralegal (m/f/d)

In this position, you take on an important interface function in our Biology Department administration team and ensure that our procedures and deadlines are reliably controlled. Responsible organisation, coordination and monitoring of the entire internal time-limit management, including quality assurance and prioritisation of time-related processes Technical management and management of the secretariat team with responsibility for task distribution, capacity planning and ensuring efficient workflows Active participation in the further development of internal processes and quality standards Support of patent attorneys in mandate matters and coordination of administrative and organisational processes within the department Preparation, submission and support of national and international patent applications in German and English Self-employed correspondence with patent offices, clients, colleagues abroad and authorities, mainly in English

Safe handling of deadline management and protection law procedures Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Routinized handling of MS Office and ideally with common law firm management systems High level of care, sense of responsibility and discretion Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work
