Your tasks with us

As an object manager (m/w/d) in building cleaning, you are a central interface between customers, cleaning teams and corporate management. Your tasks include:

• Contact for our cleaning staff and customers.
• Planning and organisation of representations on holiday and illness.
• Support and advice of our customers, including appointment.
• Monitoring, inventory and ordering of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Organization, guidance and control of cleaning processes for highest quality.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and safety requirements.

You work in a team with an office power that supports them in many matters and two other object lines together.

This will bring you with

• No need, but a plus: Experience in the cleaning industry – cross-comers are welcome!
• IT knowledge: Experience in handling MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel) is desirable.
• Mobility: Car driver license (a company vehicle, also for private use, is provided).
• Stärken: Care, reliability and a pronounced organizational institution.
• Communication joy: You can deal well with people and work solution-oriented.
• Language: German in word and writing, further language skills are a bonus.
